( Project Description )

Jefferson 1328 is a sculpted coastal retreat that redefines beachfront living through precision, restraint, and architectural clarity. Positioned along the shoreline of Palm Beach, the residence rises from its narrow site with a confident presence, balancing privacy with openness through vertical screening, elevated outlooks, and a restrained material palette.

The architectural form is crisp and rhythmic, grounded in natural textures of stone, pale timber, and white render. Each level is carefully arranged to frame views of the ocean while maintaining protection from the elements. Deep eaves, operable screens, and layered glazing enhance both comfort and functionality. Internally, the plan is fluid and refined. Light moves freely through open living spaces, softening the transition between architecture and landscape. An internal lift, rooftop terrace, wine room, and integrated landscaping offer a layered lifestyle experience, with interiors curated to echo the simplicity and elegance of the coastal setting.
