Set on an expansive riverfront site, Maravilla 1418 explores a contemporary interpretation of Spanish architecture—where classical proportion and rhythm are distilled into a more refined, modern expression. A series of articulated volumes are composed across the landscape, their softened edges and arched forms establishing a sense of permanence while remaining open and relaxed in response to the coastal setting.

The ground plane is anchoredby a sequence of vaulted forms that frame outdoor living, dining, and poolsidespaces. These sculptural arches create moments of shade, threshold, andenclosure, while maintaining a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior.Beyond, the plan extends laterally, allowing each space to engage directly withthe river, gardens, and curated pockets of landscape that bring colour andsoftness to the built form.

Materiality is intentionally restrained. A muted palette of textured stone, smooth render, and warm timber is offset by bursts of planting that trace balconies, rooftops, and courtyards. The architecture speaks through its clarity—where light, proportion, and repetition define the experience, and where luxury is expressed not through excess, but through balance, space, and connection to its setting.
