( Project Description )

A bold architectural gesture wrapped in reflection, Savoy 1012, known as the Mirror House, is a study in contrast and precision. Positioned along the waterfront, this sculptural residence captures the interplay of form, materiality, and landscape, where mirrored glazing allows the architecture to quietly dissolve into its surroundings. Crafted from stone, concrete, and glass, the home balances solidity with transparency.

Internally, spaces are choreographed around natural light and framed outlooks, with a restrained palette that elevates texture and shadow. The design explores the idea of duality, pairing strength with stillness, and permanence with lightness. Landscaped gardens are drawn into the plan, softening the bold geometry and connecting the home to its natural setting. Savoy 1012 is a refined composition of architecture and atmosphere.
